I was watching Sky's coverage of the eclipse and I learned a startling fact. The sun is four hundred million times bigger than the moon, but fortunately it's also four hundred million times further away, which is why they look almost the same size in the sky. I crunched a few numbers after hearing that, and I reckon the moon can only be about a quarter of a mile above us, so the story of Wallace and Grommit visiting the moon may well be true. I'm going to go to the shops tomorrow to buy some materials and tools. Oh, and I mustn't forget to get some crackers.

...and Wensleydale, which is four hundred million times tastier than processed Cheddar but doesn't last as long. Does NASA know about green woolly sweaters? Seems a lot more comfortable than those bulky EVA suits. Have a good flight.
