Quote from: Bored chemist on 08/07/2017 13:37:31Just answer the question: why can I see the goldfish in the daytime, but not in the night? Here's a hint.At night, it is dark.Because the fish is black at night. You see the visible light of the goldfish in the ''day time'', you are just making my claim stronger , thx. For the same reason you can see visible light of distance substances, i,e distant stars. Emr has to enter your eyes to allow you to see visible photons at a distance away from you which is quite measurable. We evolved quantum entangled.

How do the fish and the weeds etc round it all "know" to change colour when the sun goes down?Hint, it's because they are in an environment which is dark.Your explanation is absurd and your talk of entanglement is worse.
ccording to you then on your thoughts, if you was to shine a flashlight at something an observer looking from a side view would see a beam a light from the flashlight.

Understand that you can still see why in your perceived dark cellar, understand the darkness you are seeing is the bottom of the swimming pool. Understand why you can see the laser dot on your cellar wall.

You simply can not open your mind up enough to see past the illusion. Perhaps you should just wait until I write the nature of light in my paper. Maybe you will then understand why it is not dark down your cellar.

p.s The affect is caused by moving the light source quicker than the residual visual photons can disperse and permeate to become invisible Photons.
Yes, I can see that bit of the wall, because it's not dark any more- because you are shining a laser at it.
If there was no substance in the universe there would be no light waves. Light needs a producer.

Can you objectively measure where the dot is relative to you?Are you perceiving the rest of the cellar walls and the space between you and the wall to be dark? Could you possibly accept that white and dark things are coloured things compared to the traverse of ''light'' through space?
