I was think that as it could possibly be the case that Fukushima will be radioactive for a while, and as they are stating already that they will not be reusing the plant site to generate power, could it be possible to use the area to build a storage facility, I suppose my main point is, given the earth quakes that appear to be quiet strong in that area, would it be safe to reuse that site as a storage area? Can we build storage facilitys that can safely handel 9 plus earth quakes and other issues?
