Would you not think the answer to this problem would be a total blockade of Somalia? An international fleet of 10 - 20 warships stationed along its 2300 mile coast line, with 3 or 4 of those ships being carriers to keep a permanent airborne guard and alert the warships of any breach of the blockade.
ah ha ya swabs, you'll never be catching me. Obviously the cause of people turning to piracy needs to be conquered and then the problem wont be so daunting.
