How does this cause nuclear fusion?
The centrifugal force causes the water to become even more dense and this causes the particles to have friction, hence producing lots of free heat from nothing.

That's not nuclear fusion. It's also not free heat. You have to put energy into the system in order to spin the water in the first place.
The energy passes through the system , it is not used in the system .
Also the system can be adjusted for fusion
P.s This is also how flying saucers work.
I do not think you are recognising a proper particle accelerator when you see one .

Consider a normal electrical wire, around that wire is an unused electromotive force right?
Because I understand my own theory
That doesn't mean you understand flying saucers. Unless some aliens dropped by your house and showed you how it works, that is.
2.3.2 Pure moments, couples and torques.- Definition, Physical Interpretation, and ExamplesA pure moment is a rotational force. Its effect is to induce rotation, without translation – just like a forcecouple.Couples and torques are other names for a pure moment.A pure moment is a vector quantity – it has magnitude and direction. The physicalsignificance of the magnitude and direction of a pure moment are completelyequivalent to the moment associated with a force couple system. The direction of amoment indicates the axis associated with its rotational force (following the righthand screw convention); the magnitude represents the intensity of the force. Amoment is often denoted by the symbols shown in the figure.
I understand what you are saying by friction in a system causing loss of energy.
But, the system should be self generating energy and run without any power input once running.
As for flying saucers, the dynamics of how they work are simple,
I can make energy tools I think , that cut stone with energy .
Except it won't, because there is nowhere for this energy to come from other than the current being sent through it. The current loses energy as its electric field pushes against the electric field of the water, transferring energy into the water in the form of rotation
Again, you'd have to know how flying saucers work in order to say that. Before even that, you'd have to know that they even exist.
