Is a cosmological analysis possible?

Asknown the theory SR never allows an analysis about cosmological scale because of
a
synchoronous data.
However if we overcome the restrictions of SR, we can perform to analyze cosmos and we can better calculate the age of universe.
We must consider the space as co-reference frame for the analysis :

Some basic rules for competent Light Kinematics (LCS concept):
(Reference: Ersan, O. Gizem tutkusu Korumasında SAHTE BİLİM
*
, Info publication, Izmir 1983/1988 (ISBN 978-9944-0402-0-4)
1- A co-reference frame is required for analyses about the motion of light and other actors.
2- This co-reference frame must be considered the outmost frame: space or LCS (because of the essence of first Galilei event and for the entire picture).
3- we may use a sheet of paper for this
4- The biggest formations (super cluster or cluster) are considered as operation actors . We human are located on the Earth inavoidably. Some observational data have not isosterism/equivalency quality; therefore "local group" will be usen by some correction)
5- An identified photon will be usen for test/analyzing object.
6- The emitting point and the other positions of the photon will be marked on LCS independently (by not using an object like source).
7- The velocity of this photon is the value ‘ c ‘ according to LCS.
8- The speeds of other actors (source, observer, etc) will be determined according to LCS.
9- There are mentioned of relativity; genuine relativity, nominal relativity, momentary relativity.
10- The top limit of speeds for genuine relativity is ‘ c ‘.
11- The top limit of speeds for nominal relativity is ‘ 2c ‘.
12- The definition about increasing/decreasing speed of the distance between two mobile objects will be preferred instead of the term of relative speeds to distinguish genuine and nominal relativity.
Etc.
For analyses, Galilean relativity and 4D geometrical can be applied by these rules.
