Women who run for cover when coming face-to-face with a spider have been offered a new explanation for their phobia: it is in their genes. Skip related contentResearch at a US university found females associate the eight-legged critters with fear more than males, most of whom react with indifference.
Ever wonder about your se .... Oh, just forget it.
Arachnophobia isn't completely irrational when you think about the black widow
i used to be slightly afraid. the best way of overcoming any fear or emotion is analysing it to see if it has any useful function for you. if it doesn't (i.e fear of spiders in england) every time you feel it, just remind yourself it has no useful function. that makes it a lot, lot easier to deal with in other ways then. it's worked for me, but i have an unusual mindset when it comes to emotions i think..
Never been scared of them. They are quite useful they capture and kill other insects that maybe more annoying.
