New Theory: Is consciousness fundamental?

Knowing or perception is fundamental to some quantum behaviors that include entanglement such as the Alice and Bob experiments. This entanglement basis is also the origin of what we call consciousness. Consciousness as we know it would not be possible except for the fact that there is a super fluid array of caged electrons acting as molecular drains in our brain cells. These decaying electromagnetic fields contain data and respond to incoming data by means of photon emission which enables the perception. The drains are smaller than the molecules they drain but there are an estimated 100000000000000000 of them so they get the job done.

The basis for consciousness is connected to the ion pumping that occurs at the membranes of neurons. Neurons expend up to 90% of their metabolic energy pumping and exchanging ions in general, and two singly charged cations, in particular; sodium and potassium ions. Sodium ions will concentrate on the outside of the membrane and potassium ions will concentrate on the inside.
The segregation of these two cations will cause the entropy to lower at the membrane. These two cations would prefer blend into a uniform solution on both sides of the membrane, so as to maximize entropy. Segregation sets an entropic potential or a potential based on entropy.
The neuron membrane is semipermeable, allowing water to freely diffuse. However, these two cations are restricted by the membrane before and after being pumped and exchanged by proteins. This membrane situation allows access to osmosis and the entropic force. The cation restriction to free flow across the membrane is modulated by neurotransmitters, which are used to tweak the permeability of the membrane and thereby the magnitude of the entropic force and the sensitivity for firing.
The firing of a neuron is an expression of the second law, which states that the entropy of the universe has to increase. The brain will quickly respond to the firing and reset the neutrons and entropic potential for another cycle. With entropy connected to increasing complexity, the brain, via lowering the entropy and then firing neurons to increase the entropy, will set up means by which memory and increasing complexity are both continually expressed; Consciousness.
The entropic force have a connection to the directional vectors for axons and dendrites growth. They express the vectored paths by which the second law can be maximized. Conscious becomes integrated with free energy and other natural laws of physics.
Water is important to consciousness. The organic networks of the brain are immersed in water. While water can transmit signals faster than anything else in water. The aqueous transmission of signals is based on the hydrogen proton, leading, instead of the elections. The elections are more of a secondary affect that follows the proton lead.
Water expresses both polar and covalent bonding characteristics, which each differ in entropy, enthalpy and volume. Water is a binary switch with free energy muscle, that can express the entropic signals, simply by moving between the two switch or bonding positions. An important part of consciousness, often symbolized by the spirit, is the fluid expression of the entropic flux within the water, simultaneously, with the more fixed and delayed movement of the flux on the organic hardware and surfaces; creative potential.
The entropic force fills in the gaps that are now speculated with exotic physics. The entropic force can be demonstrated with osmosis. This is not to say that secondary physics affects can not also occur, due to the entropic potential, which can reach downward into the physics. For example, water will proton tunnel in pairs. Entropy increase absorbs energy.

Looking at neural memory, through the lens of the second law, shows us some of the interesting paradoxes associated with consciousness.
The Free energy equation is G =H -TS, where G is the Gibbs Free Energy, H is enthalpy or internal energy, T is temperature and S is entropy. One may notice the minus sign before the TS term. This implies that as entropy increases, the free energy decreases.
Relative to memory, as the complexity or the entropy of our memory increases, the free energy decreases. Complexity in terms of our memory contains less free energy. There is a natural ride down the free energy curve of the brain, leading to learning. This is quite remarkable.
When neurons use their metabolic energy to pump and exchange ions, they lower the entropy of the ions by segregating them. This rest state of the neurons and the associated memory defines lower entropy and less complexity, but the highest free energy. Our base or simplest memories are at highest free energy potential and at the lowest entropy of all our memories. The first and second law assures that we will learn,
Entropy is a considered a state variable, meaning that for any given state of matter, the measured entropy will be a constant. For example, water at 25C and 1 atmosphere will have a fixed experimental entropy value, no matter how you get there. The state defines the entropy value. As memory increases complexity, the chemical states of the memory increase their entropy value.
For example, going from learning the memory state called the letters of an alphabet, then to the state called words, to the state called sentences, to the state called paragraphs to the state called reports, to the state called books, etc., are steps up the ladder of complexity implicitly of lowering free energy states. In this example, the states are similar to quantum plateaus.
Say the writer has writer's block and cannot compose anything. Typically the free energy of the brain has increased, therefore the states that are conscience are lowered in complexity. Stress makes it harder to learn since complexity is implicit of lower free energy, while stress can increase the brain's free energy.
In my experience working with the mind, the brain appears to have a free energy set point, which can be understood as the average background free energy. It can go up and down in the short term, via emotions and instincts, with less average free energy implicit of a higher set point. The set point has an impact of the state of the brain's operating system, which is a very complex memory state. Updates in the operating system occur at quantum plateaus.
Earlier in my research I went the wrong way assuming more energy was better since it was more impressive. I did not understand the paradox. One can induce previous operating systems that can go back to other plateaus of the past. The anarchists of today have been induced to a previous version making if very narrow but with continuity.
