"Here's revision 4. The major change is the request from Defsync and I added an appendix at the end detailing the steps he developed to prevent NE. I rewrote most of his instruction in my own words (I hope he won’t mind), but still accredited him as the developer of the method. I plan on expanding the testosterone section, but I’ll have to continue gathering more research on it."
Does anyone recall the forum member(s) who had success with testosterone? - thanks, demo
I went to the site... I didn't see any changes. I guess it's not up yet right.. awaiting the answers to the question?
Also no mentions of auto-immune system dysfunction... sorry I didn't mention it before. Would it be that there's not enough info/proof. Nobody else with suspicions of this? If there were material, perhaps I could process/incorparate it or at least prepare a small section that could be incorporated, so as not to bother Pyropeach again.

"There is mention of auto-immune system dysfunction. There is a direct excerpt from the waldinger paper that addresses this under the “Antihistamines” section. It reads: Some have associated POIS with an auto-immune response after orgasm. The ineffectiveness of antihistamines rules out the possibility of an immediate-type immune response (Waldinger et al, 2002).
It says “immediate-type immune response”, I’m no expert, but it would be a good idea to look into all types of auto-immune responses, if there are more types. It seems Waldinger ruled out the possibility of auto-immunity pretty decisively in just two sentences…"

After re-reading that section of the Waldinger's paper, I found this:
We assume that a still-undiscovered factor or mechanism associated with ejaculation or orgasm
triggers a cascade of immunological reactions that culminate in the
previously described flulike symptoms.
It is true that Dr. Waldinger ruled out nothing with respect to auto-immune disorder other than that antihistamines don't improve symptoms. I will replace the word "auto-immune" with the word "allergic" in the compendium, how does that sound? Also, Daveman makes a good point and we should add "Auto-Immune System Dysfunction" to the theory section if enough information linking auto-immunity and POIS symptoms can be found.
I hope this post makes it on the forum (fingers crossed)
Thanks for the get-well wishes!
