Hi, 25 year old male here with the same symptoms. I've been experiencing this issue since I was about 16 or so, it took years to even figure out that it was the weightlifting that was causing it. I've tried many many things, using chemical free laundry detergents, body soaps, deodorants. I've tried changing my diet, I went gluten free and dairy free for about a year, which seemed to help somewhat but the problem still persists. It also seems that the two days or so after I lift weights the more I work up a sweat the worse it gets. So say I was working out two days ago and decide to go for a run, I will most likely break out with more hives than if I were to not do any physical activity, but even then I experience them. It's interfered with my life tremendously, I feel very good just after working out, but two days later I will feel like crap and experience the hives, usually with a drop in my mood as well. Whenever I feel like I've figured it out they seem to just keep coming back. I've also been to allergist and doctors with no help, they pretty much just prescribed me antihistamines and said good luck. The antihistamines by the way didn't really help and just made me drowsy all day. It's extremely frustrating because I've always had a smaller frame, I'm 6'3 and a bit thin so I would really like to be able to put on some muscle but as of right now it just isn't possible. I've told myself I'll never stop trying to figure this out but I've got to say it can be quite depressing at times. I've posted on many forums in the past and am posting this here to try and spread awareness and build community between those who suffer from this. I know that one day we will figure this out.
