Do pigs sweat, like a pig?
« on: 24/04/2008 16:27:41 »
I watched someone jogging the other day, and noted that they were sweating 'like a pig'. This made me wonder, do pigs actually sweat?

IIRC pigs do sweat, but rather less than people. People are rather good at sweating- we evolved in a rather hot climate.

    Quote
Pigs are more sensitive to the combined effects of heat and relative humidity than humans are, since they do not sweat
