Congratulations to Dave

Just to say I think Dave Shorts deserves congratulations on an almost faultless (as far as is humanly possible) transition from the old forum to the new.

I know there are a few little niggles we are discussing (and I am raising more than my fair share), but in the overall picture, those niggles are trivial (in fact, without exception, purely cosmetic) in comparison to all the things that could have gone wrong.

Agreed we are all very excited about the new forum and things have come along pretty smoothly and we have been kept informed very nicely and in a timely matter about questions which has been very nice indeed!

If you go to the write post page (not quick reply), press the additional options at the bottom, it gives you the option of uploading an image file. Browse for the file you want, then press upload. there should then be a list of image files you have uploaded so far. There should be a small 'insert image' link next to them all. If you press this some code to insert the image will be inserted at the cursor.

I did actually wonder if my ' How to post piccys ' threads should be deleted. I have no qualm if you want to do that.
I did change the picture to reflect THIS forum. The only real advantage i can see of keeping it would be if someone wants to display a picture with a file size bigger than allowed using the new method.

I thought yours were for using photobucket? Is it all the same now?  I still need to figure out how to take a photo from my computer and send it to the forum.. or put it in..! Well I am off maybe later.. You guys all have a terrific day, I get to go sit through an inservices on handwashing airborn disease control illness and prevention and bloodborn allergens ....YUCK every year the same thing... we get to learn a new way to wash our hands, but really they sent us out the new posters months ago so now we get grilled into our little peabrains about how to and how not do it!!! I can already DO IT!!!! AND DO IT WELL!! LOL  YOUSA.... See you guys , You might have to rescessatate me later at about 5, I may still be stuck in the loo washing my hands using the proper procedure... Anyone like to go with me Keep me occupied...
