Hi all,
I am applying for a job and as a Facilities Manager within a nano science department.
Although I am not expected to understand the science of the machines and tools I will be looking after, the department have asked if I could demonstrate I have the ability to go out and research and understand the machines they operate.
In this case they have asked me to give a 15 minute presentation to include:
*A basic introduction to ICP-CVD.
*Its use in semiconductor device fabrication.
*The operational aspects of the machine and where issues may occur.
I am looking for someone to tell me using non science terminology as I do not have any science or chemistry knowledge what ICP-CVD actually is ( in laymans terms) and how its used in semiconductor device fabrication and where problems may occur with the machine.
If you can help or give constructive advice that would be appreciated.
