Nearly 2 weeks ago, at work I injured my back, by repeatitive lifting and twisting, I was diagnosed with 2 slipped discs and a pinched nerve which is causing unreal grief to my right leg.
I have always been healthy, worked out 3-4 times a week, and now this! my muscles have gone completley relaxed and I am freaking out, what excercise can I do without causing anymore stress and grief to my lower back???
Will I ever get back to normal, or will I suffer with lower back pains for the rest of my life???
