There are two methods for welding pipelines:
1. Spot welding method: Usually small tubes and thin tubes are welded, press a little from the bottom up, and press the molten pool tightly, otherwise there will be trachoma, the hand should be stable, the weld bead must be seen clearly, and the welding is not biased. It should be the same and the speed should be consistent so that the weld bead is beautiful.
2. Continuous arc method; usually big pipes are welded. First of all, spot welding should be done all over the bottom. Remember that the bottom is not too thick, so that it is convenient to cover the surface. During continuous welding, the current should be adjusted about 40 to 50 less than that of spot welding. The current regulation mainly depends on the thickness of the raw material.
Secondly, the current is very critical. Before welding, you must repeatedly adjust the current you are satisfied with. Only in this way can we weld satisfactory things.
