All my life I have had embarrassing pale pinkish patches on my lower lip that would sometimes change spots on my lips. This normally would be common to people who drink alcohol a lot but I got it when I was a young boy who never tasted alcohol. It is not itchy or painful.
 
Does anyone know what could cause this - is it a deficiency? And secondly what foods or medication might I need to take to get rid of it once and for all?
