How do the test how much body fat you have?

I'd just like to know. Because people thinkg I'm anorexic cuz i'm so "small" but yet I'm 130 pounds. poeple think i'm like really skinny, but yet i'm purdy much ripped. I must have like no fat on me at all.

Try this online calculator.

Mind you - there are different formulas in use so if I were you I'd try some different ones, e.g. DMI calculator. Google online body fat calculator and I'm sure you'll come up with a few more.

Oh I've done my bmi before. It says I'm underweight. Haha. Or was that when I was 120? Oh I'll check that out again. Thank you again.
