Round , round, round , round etc etc...until

ewe get to the lemon and limes..they are NOT round !!

Ok...maybe some satsumas and tangerines are also kind of not round BUT they  are not taking the mickey out of not being not round like Lemons and Limes !!.....It's heresy against doctrine !! *angry sheepy*

I want to know why !!!....ewe tell me !!!

Neil, calm down. The type of lime we get here is perfectly spherical. And bergamont oranges are really pear shaped. WHERE WOULD THE CIVILIZED WORLD BE WITHOUT PEAR-SHAPED ORANGES?

I don't know either but there are some oranges that take on that shape and then I notice the growth of those extrtra baby sewctions that begin to grow from the bottom up into the middlew of the orange. + wonder if it could be a genetic thing like twins except with and orangewhere at the blossom end they elongate and then burst out from there eitherr doubling the grwth or like the lemon just expanding its individual fruit.

WHAT ?.....*sheepy in shock*.....ewe DO get round limes ?.....oh my !!!.....and ewe get pear shaped oranges ....How come no one ever told me about this ?...*fuming !!* ........

We have round limes to, but I have never seen a "Pear shaped orange. An orange that was more oval then round, yes but not pear shaped!

What kind are pear shaped?
