i have heard that one has to see up to look at the earth from moon, if it is true how does this happen when we have to see up to look at the moon from earth ?????

Think about what actually means "up" or "down". Thinking to yourself is much more valuable than an immediate answer from someone else. I'm sure you will found the answer.
(hint: gravitation).

Drop a stone when you are on the Moon. The other direction would be 'up'.
