Found 9/20/08, 4 in. total in length.
Left side in pic (bulbous end) was clear plastic with black, green and brown spots seeming to float inside the plastic sack @ 1.5 in.
Middle was 1-1.25 in. and sickly yellow stretched thin with blow out on side.
Right end was twisted/braided and pinky-biege, @ 1.5 in.
After no one could identify this thing, I took pictures on 3rd day by which time the whole thing was the sickly yellow.
?? Thanks!

Hi,
what is a glass eel? where do they come from? What else can you tell me about them?
I have better pictures but they are too large for this site.
Thanks,
Jan
