I am a pretty docile girl.. I don't like violence .. LOL But It felt good to break the plate.. But if I really wanted to make up for the 27 years of cheating then I would be breaking hundreds and hundreds of plates for each person he cheated with!

Just start with simple recipes and read them first and follow step by step directions.. you will do fine!

Btw It wasn't anger so much as frustration and hurt in the loss of trust that I lost for him.... There is more anger now as then I tried to tell myself It couldn't be true... but we all deny things we find hard to face sometimes its easier if we just stuff it away.. but I tell you Thats dangerous and it builds up inside and causes you tons of internal grief.. so don't do it... eh.. get your feelings out!

I always use recipes then adapt the ideas or use them repeatedly if I like them... Yes it helps!
