How many degrees upwards can a deep-set eye see?

How many degrees upwards/altitudinal can Caucasoids (Indians and Caucasians) with extremely deep-set eyes and prominent brow ridges see when looking forward without raising their eyebrows?

I can see over  the top of my glasses.
Beyond that doesn't matter much because it's out of focus.
