Could a big enough explosion in Colorado shift the Earth on it's axis?

Justin asked the Naked Scientists:
If a Nuke were to hit Colorado, would all of the missile building facilities, like Lockheed Martin, blow up and cause the Earth to shift on it's axis due to all of the pressure?

I guess that a big enough explosion anywhere on the earth could cause the earth to shift on its axis.
