jealsouy is the plateau for crimes being initiated everyday in the world. hate stems from jealousy. why do some individuals cant control their anger i.e. their jealousy?

One of the more important things humans have to learn during their socialization process is how to withhold inappropriate responses. Some don't have the mental equipment and/or adequate parental training to learn this.
