Yes I can provide you evidence. You can check this link where its clearly mentioned that headphones may cause permanent loss of hearing or it may reduce hearing power. I am not allowed for external links but you can paste below mentioned link to new window and read the full article.

The link is talking about high volume sound from headphones, but the OP is asking about received wireless signals and specifically mentions low volume.
If you have any evidence that the level of received signal at a wireless headphone causes hearing loss or cell damage please post it.

Looking back on this long dead thread it seems nobody looked at the flip side of the question.
From time to time people have been strangled by the cord on headphones when it got caught in machinery or something.
Wireless headphones may well be safer than wired ones.
