To be honest, I don't think any of the hardware was designed with visual aesthetics in mind. Not many animals actually look at them. I think it's what they represent to the human beholder that counts. Genital cosmetics aren't a big industry, which rather proves my point - there's nothing to 'enhance'. I think that the best you can hope for in a penis would be, possibly, 'impressive' and, in a vagina, 'demure'. (Total stereotypes).

But some are born that way, that is most often seen as a tragedy though, also forcing a general operation on those by most society's leaving them as men. A fact that can lead to suicide in some cases where the 'persona' of the person involved might be a female one. To be transgendered is a very hard situation for most people.

To be 'Bi' is not such an issue for girls as it is for men, at least it seems so to me? Two girls together inviting a male wouldn't pose a big problem for most of us, as long as we know them, or are drunk, or. . .

But two males together inviting a woman?

I just want to add this, all such operations should wait on the person born deciding it. To me it seems very wrong to decide/force a persons gender without consulting him or her. Also i think love as a concept is 'universal' and the same for all genders or 'mixes of genders'. It's mostly us judging others by our own standards that makes the whole 'gender thing' such a mess. 

We are what we are, and that's that, no big deal.

I agree. I think it's more fashionable for women to be bi nowadays, but men not so much. I've found it's more of a dichotomy with men - gay or straight - compared to both I've met relatively few bi men. It's a shame, it's such an unfair double standard. I think it's the result of living in patriarchy, though. When it comes to sex, men get the raw end of the deal - a myth that arises because of patriarchal attitudes. It is responsible for many injustices towards both men & women. For example, mothers are typically favoured over fathers when it comes to custody of children, & men are typically favoured over women when it comes to promotions & ambition.
