What processes produce and mitigate reactive oxygen species?

Hello!

Can you tell me please:

1) which reactions and at what exact locations produce endogenous ROS and at what percentage?
2) which mitigating mechanisms exist for endogenous ROS production? (detailed answer, not just CoQ10)

We have a policy of not doing homework assignments for people. You have to think a little bit.
