How do I obtain Internet Explorer 10?

It seems like I've tried all of those places to download the latest verstion of Internet Exporer 10 but I have no idea where to obtain it or how to download it. I tried the obvious ways but no luck. Can somone please just tell me how to do i? Thank you.

Looks like IE10 is still in Beta stage ...

IE10 works fine for me on windows 7/32bit ultimate.

I noticed my computer on windows 7 busily downloading the final version of IE10 although it already had the provisional version
