     I have an hour long video that demonstrates some simple quantum experiments with laser interference patterns that anyone can do at home.  These experiments do not introduce a new theory but do infer that the most accepted interpretation of quantum theory, the Bohr interpretation, has some problems and that the second most accepted interpretation, the Bohm interpretation, meets the experimental results.  Defenders of Bohr may want to duplicate these experiments also to see if they can reduce them to a Bohr interpretation.
