Numerical Relativity

I am going to buy "Numerical Relativity: Solving Einstein's Equations on the Computer" by Thomas W. Baumgarte. Although these calculations are best done on a super computer for non trivial models I am hoping this will give me a way into solving some of the problems with my escape velocity model. Has anyone else read this book?
