Hi I just came across your website as I am doing research on bacteria. It seems that I've got a nasty bacteria running through my house and I can see it I actually have photos of it taking form of whatever it's on. I've been feeling extremely ill with a lot of difference symptoms and my daughter and I both have been having respiratory issues. The doctors have been running a slew of test but still can't figure out what's wrong. Or what bacteria I have for that matter. I had a break out of cellulitis on top of all the issues I've been experiencing for about a year now. And since then I've been paying attention to my surroundings and noticed weird abnormalities on the walls, on countertops, in my toothpaste spit (you will love that pic, on Various items in the home as well as the furniture that didn't make sense. The weird thing about these abnormalities is that they looked and awful lot like the lesions that broke out on my skin from the cellulitis.

Maybe I'm wrong maybe it's not bacteria but when I looked at pictures online today I could swear its Bacteria multiplying in my home. I even brought samples to my primary doc but he asked be to toss in bio-trash so no one has even looked at the specimen. Not only are me and my daughter feeling really ill but our animals are Sick as well. It seems out of sorts to be asking this, science is not my first language!! The thing is I really need to know what is invading me, my family and my home. Doc did test me for MRSA and I was negative. But I finally got my referral for the infectious disease Doc so I'm interested to see what he says.

Before we can consider the action that we can take to prevent germ infection or a viral infection such as SARS – we have to first of all take into account a few of the major factors that have led to a situation where all too many people in our world have weakened immune systems.

But in most cases, bacteria and other micro-organisms are quite invisible on home surfaces, only becoming visible when scraps of food are left outside the refrigerator (or left inside the refrigerator for a very long time).

While most people eat freely of refined foods, never imagining that refined foods are harmful, the truth is that refined foods are a major cause of physical, mental and social ills.
 
To demonstrate the effect that refined, `junk foods' have on our moods and on our behavior, Dr Alexander Schauss encouraged the staff and the pupils at a number of schools in the United States to carry out an experiment that involved feeding three different diets to three different groups of rats. In every school and in every case the results were the same. These results are tabulated in Figure 1.
 
It is interesting to note that in all of the schools where this experiment was conducted, the pupils urged that the experiment be terminated because they could no longer stand to witness the effect that the poorest diet had upon the third group of rats.

Thus demonstrating that eating stuff you are not designed for, is less good than eating stuff you were designed for. But rats are not humans, so the experiment is pretty meaningless. You could feed raw beef to a cow, and grass to a tiger, and both would die from eating natural, unprocessed food. So what?
