Hi, haven't had a powerbank before and am looking to invest.

I want it to hold as much charge as possible, support fast charging for more than one device at a time be water resistant to a degree.

Can anyone recommend any please? I'm UK based if that changes anything

I think Xiaomi is the best options. Their price-quality ratio is incredible
