Hello good people,

Our company has developed a genious small unit that sends a frequency, which actually restructures  the water molecules. (and more)
Long story short, we do not know how to measure the actual freequency that is sent out, is there any methods to measure this?

We want to quality check each product, + make new products with different freequency. (mainly to kill viruses and bacteria in water)

One more question since I am allready here with you smart guys: Out unit is placed on the waterpipe, sends the freequency through the water and changed the water molecules (split them down, make hexagonal shape, which is the optimal shape) - Is there any way of measuring how long the water can  run through the pipelines, before it looses it'sstructure?

I sort of admire the nerve of someone who is running a scam but chooses the name "Norwegian blue"

If the frequency is generated electronically, you can measure it with a Digital Storage Oscilloscope (DSO)- you can probably buy one these days that displays on your smartphone...

If it is a periodic signal, you could use a digital frequency counter, which will give you a more accurate measure of the frequency.

If it is an audio signal, you can put a transducer (microphone) in front of the DSO to see it.

Please describe how the metal produces the frequency, or post a link to the patent.

It is possible to determine the structure of water by looking at the infra-red spectrum. If there are larger structures than H₂O, you should be able to see lower-frequency vibrational modes, like (H₂O)₈.

You can then sample the water with the generator turned on, and with it turned off, and see if there is any difference in the IR spectrum. The quality of the detection is improved if the person reading the IR spectrum does not know if was collected with the generator turned on or off.

Having worked out the IR spectrum, you can sample the water at various points downstream to see how long this structure persists.

But you will have to be quick. I understand that these structures form and break apart in femtoseconds to nanoseconds.

There's method in their madness : they can incorporate the scientific-terminology mentioned by the respondents in this thread, into their sales-spiel, making their scam-device sound more plausible.
