Okay i have 2 questions, First one is about vomit.
Our oesophagus acts like a canal for our food and solids to go down, It expands and contracts for our food to pass down, so howcome when we`re about to be sick, we just vomit, and dont feel it shooting back up our oesophagus again? And why are there always carrots in there?! Always shaped perfectly square?

 
Second question, I was recently on a website and it was all about how long drugs stay in your system, Then i seen this 'Drugs will stay in your hair folicles (focils? i dunno) for 20 years'..So does that mean if i shave my head bald..No one will be able to get my drug history via my folicles?

ok, question 2. the standard drug test with hair folicles covers a period of 90 days. If you had taken  Cocaine Marijuana, Opiates , Methamphetamine ,or Phencyclidine, within the 90 days of the test you would (should expect to) be caught.

Also, you would need to shave more than your head. the hair can be any form of body hair, althought, i do think that pubic hair is not taken...i dont know why though.

Thanks for the reply, and does the hair folicles mean like EVERY single hair on your body? From the hairs on your feet to the hairs on your head? I would have to shave every single part of my body to get away with it?

Yes, you would need to have a full body shave / wax! But don't forget you finger nails can also be tested, the simple answer is just say NO.

As for your question "And why are there always carrots in there?!", this is actually part of your stomach walls lining. Although, it does resemble diced carrott.

Stefan, this is just something i was taught. I have looked around and googled but i can find no referance, strange.
There are plenty of sites giving the same answer, but i can not find a medical one giving a reason, sorry.

So how about this, the stomach is pretty acidic and therefore is protected by a jelly like substance (membraine !). when you are sick the carrott looking bits are actually the stomach wall lining (jelly thing), this looks carrott colour because of the way the acids have acted upon the lining.

The stomach lining is (i think) generally a red colour, this colour may well be lightened by the acids and exposure to air.

does that sound about right, to anyone?
