I always wanted to be in research. I was fascinated towards science research. In my initial education years, I studied science religiously. I am good at the concepts & day to day science. After all this I was able to score well in science & its subsidiaries. I was pressurized to opt for
PCMB
in 10+2. The problem began here. I was supposed to be an engineer or doctor. Believe it or not, but there is very less scope of innovation in these two professions. Why would one opt for a career that can not make him/her feel satiated. I could never get my share of knowledge during my engineering. It's not like I never tried. It is more about the monopoly of the same study pattern developed among students. Now I want to break rules by opting for my dream career. I have decided to go for CSIR NET. I need your opinion. I could not take risk of losing it all. CSIR is a pioneer organization & hence I can hope for my better research career in it. Please answer what I need for a more focused mind.

I think that India is a growing Country, but has limited resources. In order to make best use of those scares resources India has wisely decided to concentrated on IT, Engineeering and Medical research. Each one of the them been important cash cows, creating jobs and prosperity for so many young people... in oder to fire up the further growth of India in the future.
Sorry, I have no experience in answering your specific subject.
To future is bright for India, but things will take time. I love your Country.
