I have another fax machine yet it's not working like another machine it resembles the most seasoned machine. I need to send a fax through online fax to propose any site which gives the best assistance.

You would be best to search for such sites online. Anyone who responds here, other than one of our regular members, is likely to be a spammer offering useless information which will get deleted.

for 2 reasons:
Spammers often look out for posts like this and then come in offering what they claim is impartial advice
Also, this may surprise you, we get a lot of people registering and making a series of short posts, then ask a seemingly innocent request for advice and - surprise, surprise - a complete stranger (read ‘friend of theirs’) appears with a recommendation.

We are on to all the tricks, so unless a known regular here has a recommendation, we will be skeptical.

With a suitable modem and Windows 10 if you have a fixed telephone line you can both send and receive fax for only the normal line charge if you have no fixed line you have to use something like Pamfax which is fine for sending but you have to buy a number if you want to receive.
