Is this formula erroneous?

I believe the following formula is erroneous:
anti-neutrino + p+ -> e+ + n
It should go as:
gamma -> e+ + e-
then:
anti-neutrino + e- + e+ + p+ -> e+ + n
is equivalent to:
unti-ud + uud + e+ -> udd + unti-uu+ e+
so energy is released and the positron is just a spectator in the reaction.
