Ashok Leyland
 that's easy.
Just buy all the shares.

This is extremely difficult to decide. This is a problem for me. When to bank profits and invest the money elsewhere. I go down the road of "let's see what happens," because I don't need the money right now. It's not even about greed; it's about where I'm going to put the money I took out.

If you are short of cash, just buy 51% of the shares. Or form a consortium of existing shareholders and become a Person of Significant Influence. As any ship's captain will tell you, control is more important than ownership.
