I notice that the latest TV fad is to send flabby celebs of to foriegn parts to see which country can make them fitter and healthier. Which do you think will be the best. I'd like to know which is the healthiest and which is the most sustainable.I'd like to know the answer without the help of a flabby celeb.

But japanese people have discovered fast food and cake so I don't think this is as true anymore.

Why don't they send them to Africa where they have to find their own food?
Japan still has the highest life expectancy though.

Difficult question in itself since a country isn't a closed system when it comes to food.
Japan may have the highest life expectancy, but is that mostly genetics or good food.. and are their methods of agriculture sustainable?

I hear the French have a good health record..
