It is not an easy question:

- There are different types of acute and chronic leukemias, with totally different response to the available treatments and different survival rates.

- This particular forum seems to have quit discussions about leukemia treatment.  My fault: cod liver oil was too much for any wise dude... []

BTW, there had been reported miracles and spontaneous regressions in any sort of dreadful disease.
Unfortunately they are too rare.
Statistically, only life is ALWAYS fatal.
