a) Carbon Monoxide
see here:
http://www.hpff.ca/content/COdetector

b) soluble calcium ?  or rather "CaPi"
see here:
http://books.google.com/books?id=K5MekeZP1CMC&pg=PT456&lpg=PT456&dq=what+inactivates+bile&source=web&ots=rTxWINqIM4&sig=UetjdFyF3rfXfSVOOY7Fdkak6ks&hl=en&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=2&ct=result

http://ajpgi.physiology.org/cgi/content/abstract/260/1/G142

c) You'll probably find an answer here:
http://www.pediatrix.com/pmg/body.cfm?id=9&action=detail&aeproductid=Client_PDX52475423&aearticleid=135

and/or here:

(Please - don't use Wikipedia for research for what I suppose are University tests - Wikipedia articles CAN be extremely good, but they can also be very false!)
