Notice how non-brown it is ?.....why's that then ?....why is bird poo mostly white ?

Actually Neil, you may be surprised to hear that bird poo isn't white!  The poo is the lumpy brown bit you can sometimes see in the middle, and the white stuff is actually bird wee - they excrete uric acid instead of urine to save on water loss.

Reptiles (like my tortoise at home) do the same thing!

I am surprised !!....So the white stuff is bird lemonade !

Do all birds poo/wee like this ?...what about an Ostrich ?

I had to clean up the cage of an ostrich for a while... the poo is bigger, a bit less fluid than other Bird-poos and it is a lot more, but besides that, its the same ;-)

Huh? I have seen a bird peed (on my bestfriend's arm, no less!) and it didn't look like the bird poo. In fact, it just flowed like human urine does.
