whey protein
« on: 04/07/2008 06:51:57 »
i have a small problem

im a first time bodybuilder 18, slim (hardly any fat)

I was looking around and found "whey proteins" and learned that isolate whey protein was purest. But the
problem to me is ....the articles say that it has very little cholesterol and fats...and i actually NEED fat
to start burining it into muscles...so is whey protein for me????

Thanx a bunch for ur answers

Whey protien is the easiest absorbed. Drink before and after doing weights as protein is needed to build muscle.

I thought body builders avoided fat as fat obscures muscle definition.
