I mean who knows Nature might have created smaller than nano !! organic matter ?
- any new life form like tiny micro organism on an atom ......?

    No. The organism would have to be made of atoms itself, and to be complex enough to call life it would have to be made of quite a few atoms, and would never fit on an atom.
