Will the human race evolve into sub-species?

This is related to my earlier post -
My question is whether after a heck of a long long time and if we do evolve , is it possible that the human race develop into more sub species , where such classes is highly specific for certain work, conditions , environments etc ?
[MOD EDIT - title re-phrased to define the topic clearly]

I think that would be possible but not likely because humans will generally all interbreed and the changes would be spread out among everyone I reckon.

I'm not sure if you are suggesting two subspecies, one intellectual and the other manual. If so, I would rather doubt such a course for evolution. But it is possible that Homo Sapiens could evolve into two or more species. The question would be, would one consider itself the superior and destroy those lesser subspecies? It might not be the first time. There is still debate as to whether the Neanderthals were wiped out by the Cro-Magnons.
