What would happen if I cut a magnetic domain ?

Magnetic domains might be size of 5μm . If I can cut it does it still show north and south directions ..?

Does it still have Di-pole property ?

In Switzerland, they are trying to answer your question by using the LHC, but, they intend to "smash" instead of "cutting" them. Google "monopole magnetic LHC".
