Those look good! Are they smoked salmon cakes or regular  salmon cakes?

yes...yes.....It was your boss who sent me his image and contracted me to create a fish cake in his image !
..I do that ewe know !...it's a side line !

Oh, (1)I just boiled a bunch of spuds &a few carrots....(US Translation service "spuds" = "potato"...sheesh !!)...(2)cooked a bunch of very finely chopped onions and some garlic cloves.....(3)  mashed it all up.....(4)whacked it in the fridge to cool doown then (5)added a tin of cooked salmon (could be tuna...or a white fish or a combination)......plenty of seasoning......(6)add a raw egg to help it bind and in this case two slices worth of bread crumbs........(7)I patted them into patties ...(dusted with flour  (well..actually I used matzo meal..(9)and fried gently turning every few minutes till nice and golden brown..

Thank you! Yummy!Sounds good but the last time i tried the smoked salmon with crem cheese and bagels..was delicious

Ewe're welkum mam.

The recipe is of course open to variation. ...ewe could add some peas or corn...but not feathers or sticky tape....!!feathers and sticky tape are not proper ingredients and should not be used in fishcakes

LOL..I will be sure to make sure I catch a salmon that has not evolved and begun flying or at least moulting.. LOL.. Those feathers would be rather disturbing in the reciipe! LOL.. As far as the sticky tape I will just make sure that that is sent your way after all I think you may need it since you haven't gagged and bound your neighbor the last few days so I presume you are out of sticky tape to stiffle or muffle his cries for help!! LOL..
