[gemlove (OP)]

Hi all, I came across this excellent forum today and decided I would join. I somehow stepped into the world of geology one and a half years ago and realized that although I am not the most intelligent person ever, this is what I want to center my attention on and understand.  I am now a second year student at a college in PA and am just trying to learn more about this field. I have already pretty much mentioned this, but again - this site is awesome!! So that's my little bio - just thought we should become acquainted  [O8)]

Although I am using a rather old meaning of "brother" - as in "brotherhood" I do not automatically check whether a new member is male or female. I am not that much of a troll. This guy is.

Well as far as I know, I am indeed a woman. But I am not offended that someone thought otherwise! I just hope you found your glasses [] I apologize for the delay of a reply - I have been out conquering my life from now forward -cringe- outcrops. Delighted to come back to a nice welcome though!!
