I always get goose bumps for a short period of time right after sneezing, even in mid summer when it's hot outside..

How come?

I like sneezing it feels great

Though, I can make goosebumps when I want and I'm no closer to finding out why.

I thought it was an Adrenaline rush, but is it really? Its similar to when your listening to very good music or watching a good movie. Or are those rushs to?
