Saw some lovely fat geese today, both the domestic white and the wild Egyptian kind. Funny thing is the white goose is the less seen, as the Egyptian geese live all around the city.

Turkeys are nice when smoked, taste just like smoked turkey. I don't know how Francophile theobromine tastes, could be good Ey!

The geese are migratory, though there is a large resident population as well.
